Carolyn Covey Morris
President & CEO
Known as an innovative communicator and public relations leader, Carolyn Covey Morris has worked with some of the world's leading companies and brands. Her specialty is helping organizations through dynamic times of change, and she has assisted many during crises, turnarounds and transformations. With experience in the retail, financial services, petrochemical and technology industries, she most recently led strategic communications for J.C. Penney. She also led the corporate and brand practices for the Dallas office of one of the world’s most successful public relations and marketing agencies.
A native of Washington, D.C., Carolyn has also worked with almost every U.S. government agency, the White House and key industry trade associations. She earned a B.S. in biochemistry from James Madison University and an MBA in marketing and international business from the University of Maryland. She also studied at Oxford University.
Carolyn serves as president of the Advisory Board of Southern Methodist University's School of Communications and Public Affairs.

While serving as global marketing communications manager for ExxonMobil Chemical Company, he led marketing communications, PR and brand management for the company's ten worldwide business units. He created a comprehensive, global customer satisfaction and value research system to gain customer feedback and improve business and marketing. He also spearheaded the integrated employee, customer and news media communications for 15 acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures.

Prior to FINA, Carla was a vice president at Fleishman-Hillard in St. Louis, where her clients included Southwestern Bell Wireless, McDonald's, America Online, Anheuser-Busch and Monsanto. Before Fleishman-Hillard, Meadows held roles at Southwestern Bell, Shell Oil and Dow Chemical.

As vice president of investor relations for J.C. Penney, Bob was instrumental in developing investor communications during many of the orangization’s key periods including the turnaround of the company, transition to a new management team, and acquisition and disposition of a major subsidiary (Eckerd Drugstores). During his tenure, J.C. Penney was recognized as the best investor relations program in broadline retail by Institutional Investor magazine and Greenwich Associates.

Kirk Thompson
