Known as an innovative communicator and public relations leader, Carolyn Covey Morris has worked with some of the world's most dynamic and highly ranked companies and brands. Her specialty is helping organizations through dynamic times of change, and she has assisted many during crisis, turnarounds, and transformations. With experience in the retail, financial services, petrochemical, and technology industries, she most recently led public relations for JCPenney during its turnaround and the corporate and brand practices in Dallas for one of the most successful global agencies.
A native of Washington, D.C., Carolyn has also worked with almost every U.S. government agency, the White House and key industry trade associations. She earned a B.S. in biochemistry from James Madison University, and an MBA in marketing and international business from the University of Maryland. She also studied at Oxford University. Carolyn serves on the Advisory Board of Southern Methodist University's School of Communications and Public Affairs.

Bob Brand is a senior communications executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading all facets of corporate communications for large global enterprises. As Director, Corporate Public Relations for EDS, Brand directed global media relations and crises communications for the IT Services giant. His responsibilities included directing EDS’ financial communications as well as the company’s public relations initiatives surrounding its sponsorship of the PGA TOUR’s EDS Byron Nelson Championship. Prior to EDS, Brand was VP, Public Affairs Programs for Verizon and VP, Public Affairs, National Operations for GTE. During his telecom career, Brand held leadership positions in media relations, internal communications, government affairs, public policy advocacy and community relations. With 30-plus years of experience in both corporate and agency public relations, Brian Cummings is one of the most respected public relations professionals in the United States. He has served as general manager, CEO or owner of several public relations entities - the Pittsburgh office of Burson-Marsteller, Publicis Public Relations (formerly Bloom Public Relations) in Dallas, and Cummings McGlone & Associates, one of the five fastest growing technology agencies in the United States in the late 1990s. Brian began his career as a newspaper reporter for the Pittsburgh Press. Following a tour in the Army, he served in various positions at Rockwell International's corporate offices for 13 years.
As president, chairman and CEO of Bloom Public Relations, he grew the firm into what was the largest public relations agency in the Southwest. Brian is a past chairman and member of the board of directors of the American Heart Association Dallas Division. He holds a B.A. in Journalism from Duquesne University.
